• 1. Chase overdue invoices. UK government figures from July 2025 put late payments owed to businesses at around ¬£26 billion at any one time, and firms affected spend about 86 hours a year chasing them. An agent reads your ledger export, drafts reminders in your tone at 7, 14 and 30 days, flags anything disputed and leaves the sending to you until you trust it. • 2. Quote within the hour. Speed wins quotes. What not to hand over yet

• Moving money. Agents draft payments and reminders; a person clicks pay.

• Legal and tax judgement. VAT treatment, employment decisions, contract terms. The agent prepares, your accountant or solicitor decides.

• Unsupervised promises. Delivery dates, discounts and refunds go out under a human name until the agent has earned it.

• Sensitive personal data without reading the terms. Check where each product stores data and whether it trains on it before uploading customer records.
